Required at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in a 45% cancellation fee of the total service booked. If you do not show up for your appointment without notifying us, you will be charged 100% of the service fee. Repeated no-shows may result in a required deposit or full prepayment for future bookings. Late Arrivals Arriving late may reduce the time allocated for your service. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a late cancellation fee may apply. Emergencies & Considerations We understand that life happens. If you experience an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to work with you.
